Approach to Home Safety

At Safe Haven, we use a comprehensive approach to evaluate your needs. It starts with listening carefully to you about your concerns and what you hope to accomplish. We'll then evaluate the areas of your home you need to address, or ALL of the home if you wish, for a larger plan moving forward.
Physical Therapy in Your Home

Home safety starts with a strong and steady body. Safe Haven also offers skilled PT in your home with oversight from your medical provider.
License and Certifications

I'm a licensed Physical Therapist with 25 years of experience in the home care setting. I hold an Executive Certificate in Home Modifications (ECHM) from USC Leonard Davis School of Gerontology, as well as a Certified Aging in Place Specialist (CAPS) designation.

Hi! I'm Jess, a PT living and working in southern Maine. My experience is primarily in the home care setting, where I regularly see the power of HOME to improve a person's healing and function.
