We provide a customized safety assessment evaluating how you function within your home and identify potential hazards. We offer solutions to improve your safety and reduce fall risk. This may be a covered service under Medicare B with oversight by your medical provider.
Mobile Outpatient Physical Therapy Services
We provide skilled home physical therapy services addressing concerns involving your strength, balance, fall risk, movement and stamina. Maintenance therapy services are also available to preserve function.
