This depends! We are participating providers with Medicare B. We are out-of-network for Medicare Advantage plans and private insurance plans.
Medicare B generally WILL NOT cover home modifications consulting alone, as it is considered a preventative service.
Medicare B generally WILL cover skilled PT services when deemed reasonable and necessary. We can work with you and your provider to determine if you meet the necessary criteria for coverage of mobile home PT visits and/or a home safety assessment.
We are happy to discuss any anticipated out-of-pocket expense, as well as our prompt pay discount for qualifying clients.
No, not currently. We can assist you by coordinating with your chosen handyman or contractor for implementation of the recommended modifications.
No, you do not need to be homebound. Safe Haven provides "mobile outpatient" services that are comparable to the structure of outpatient services offered in a clinic, but brought to you in your home. We are like a clinic on wheels!
